Yeeha! It's the 24th of December already and as an early post for Christmas, I shall show you and tell you about my favorite people, aside from my family of course. They are and will always be my most favorite of all. Anyway, I was thinking for themes on what to write about today because I actually felt like posting something and when I saw some of my pictures back then, I began to think it was a good idea. Let's start.

Of course, my favorite person since high school... Eds. I don't know myself why she has been my favorite person for years. I mean, she teases me and says bad things to me when she wants to, she even ignores me most of the time and sleeps on me when I talk to her on the phone. (Know that she's the only person who does that to me that I don't hold grudges to) Still, I can't help making her want to be with me and talk to me and pay me some attention. It's just like that, magic. Since we started being friends, I felt like I found a secure corner with her where all my worries are nowhere to be found - anywhere. It's just safe and no one can do me harm. She's my hulk, did I mention that?

And who else can forget about my four awesome bestfriends? They are literally my saving glory. They were the persons who taught me how real friendship goes. Accepting each other and being there for each other, and all the high school blues we've been together! We would always eat together at our favorite spot in the canteen and act like we run the world. Who run the world? Girls! What can I say? We have been born that way.

Jamie is like the mature friend that I'll always have. I mean, she always tells me what is right to do and always thinks of me. Like she always gives something or considers what I feel. She has been good to me all the while, I wonder why I have been such a bitch to repay all that goodness and true friendship. She's like a long lost sister me. When we were in high school, we would walk streets together and just talk about life. Do something crazy like count how many pillows are there in a pack or soak ourselves in the rain. I just love every moment spent with her.

While, Benne is a... I don't know. She brings out the worst in me. All the fcking time. I can't pin point why. She is literally a pain in my ass. I mean, of course we are best friends but sometimes, best friends don't understand each other. If you get what I mean. Benne is just that person. I don't know when I'm being bad to her, I don't know when I'm being good. We have different perceptions on things and it just ruins everything all the time. But friends also have to accept each other with their whole heart and that's what I do with Benne, I accept all our different views and just move on. Still carry on a life with her because I won't have it any other way.

Corina, on the other hand, (I wasn't able to find a picture of just me and her but she's the one in the left most of the photo of us four) is a very sweet friend. She always bugs me with messages that says she misses me and when can we meet so she can tell me what's up with her life. She's just that girl, very next door and dependable. When I'm in a very difficult state, I know I can always count on her. And literally, she's just a call or text away. I love her.

My friendship with these two, Tey and Tine, kind of started later in high school. Tine and I were classmates in first year but we didn't exactly get along so much. Tey, however, had been classmates with me only in third year. I didn't know what happened we just became friends, the three of us. One day I woke up and boom! They're already one of the closest people I have. Tey is a happy magnet. She always convinces me to be happy, makes me happy. Tey is just happiness.

Meanwhile, when I'm in despair and I don't know what to do, I text Tine and she makes me feel better. She's the philosophy major in us so everything she has to say has sense. And her opinion just matters, when I talk to her, abruptly I would know the right thing to do. Of course it doesn't necessarily mean I would do the right thing :P

Another friend I have is, Rose. She's my super hero, protector, defender, and everything in that sense! She is a fighter. She has the courage to chase on the dreams that she has and I really admire her for that. She has found love and prays for me to find one, too. She is really cute although she is very loud and fidgety. She is so funny that when we go together all we do is laugh. Mesmerizing.

It was such a relief to have found Daisy in college. I swear. We had the same high school type of upbringing, we have the same shit about friends, we are like two stones broken to form two strange shapes. Know what I mean? She's just sent from above! Even though sometimes I get annoyed with her or whatever, I can't and should never deny the fact that more than anyone else in our school, she understands me the most. And I couldn't be more thankful for that. Last sem, we were always together. This sem, we have both shifts away from each other. I'm missing her everyday.

Gabby is my confidante regarding all the issues I have with people in college. She knows everything because whenever we feel so full about people's shit, we would have sleepovers and just talk about life and find things we could do to forget about the sucky situation we are in. We would analyze, think deep, construct ideas and try to figure out why things are like that. It's actually nice to feel that somewhere in this place is common ground.

Summer last year was one of the most exciting summers I've had! One of the reasons was I got to meet a few people who became so close to me. Marc is one. He's like my perfect friend among them all! He makes me laugh, I make him laugh. We talk about people together and feel bad about it together. When we're together, we can only make you feel one word. Fun. I miss talking to him. I really do.

This last person isn't necessarily one of my friends but definitely he's one of my favorite people! He was my first student. I mean, I am not formally in the teaching profession yet but I consider him my first because I view my internship as work already. So yeah, he is my first and favorite student of all. He has Autism and in case you were wondering why his face is blurry in the photo, that is because I must not violate the number one rule in this profession. Must value privacy. I cannot just publish his face and let everybody see it, if you get what I mean. But anyway, I will always remember him in every path I take as a future speducator. He has changed my life in so many ways, specially how I view things and I was just so lucky he was assigned to me. He is such a good boy, you'll love him when you meet him!

I can't find a good photo of my three other favorite people but I should keep looking and put it here once I find one. Dindi, Fem, and Ziah, of course. Dindi and Fem are my seatmates and Ziah is the girl seating behind me. They are all straight but they patiently and eagerly listen to my 'crooked' tendencies. They're some of the few closest friends I have in college and I'm so thankful we were put together in our seating arrangements. We may not belong in the same group of friends but I will always make sure to have dates with them once we graduate.
